We accept cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Personal checks are not
accepted without authorization from manager. NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 return
check fee.
You must pay in full at the time you place your order to take advantage of special offers.
We require a 50% deposit to place your special order. Brooklyn Bridal & Prom reserves the
right to place the order without a deposit - which is based on inventory supply and demand.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment in full is required when you pick up your merchandise, and prior to any alterations
or dyeing of shoes or handbags. If the balance is not paid in full or merchandise is not
picked up by the documented wear date the merchandise becomes the property of Brooklyn
Bridal & Prom.
Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges
If your order must be cancelled due to a manufacturing issue, you will receive a full refund.
If you choose to change your order due to a manufacture cancellation, there are no
additional fees.
Accessories eligible for return must be new, unused, contain all original product packaging,
and returned within 15 days.
If the order or purchase was made by credit card, your refund will be applied to the same
card. If the order or purchase was made by check or debit card, and your check has cleared
our bank, you will be mailed a check within 7-10 business days.
Please select shoe size carefully. In the event an additional pair of shoes must be ordered
due to an improper fit, one replacement is permitted on the same style only, for the cost of
shipping.
Dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders of multiple gown styles or multiple shoe styles.
Refunds will not be given because of undesirable dye results.
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. If your gift certificate has an
expiration date, it will not be extended. They can be re-issued with a name change at your
request.

Fitting and Measurements
You are responsible for making your own appointments for fittings, measurements, and
alterations. If you require additional alterations because of weight loss, weight gain,
pregnancy, or any other reason, you will pay additional alteration charges associated with
re-sizing.
Gown & Dress Fittings
Your first fitting should be 4-6 weeks before your event. Additional fittings are sometimes
necessary to ensure a perfect fit. Along with your gown, bring your undergarments and
shoes with you. Purchase your undergarments and shoes as soon as you have selected your
gown. An appointment is recommended to try on your gown following your final alteration.
Once we have all alterations completed, a final steaming or pressing will be performed.
