Q. Do I have to make an appointment?
A. If you would like to use the dressing room, yes. Appointments are recommended for serious
shoppers. Browsing is welcomed, however, to work with a consultant we recommend you schedule in
advance or call ahead.
Q. Do you buy or sell used dresses?
A. No, our store is new retail only.
Q. How much are your wedding dresses?
A. Simple Bridal Gowns start at $250 and Couture Bridal Gowns average $1,500. Our most popular
collection is $800 - $1,000.
Q. Do you have dresses under $500?
A. Yes, we do, however they are mostly retired styles. Our Brides are spending an average of about $900
for a special order bridal gown.
Q. Why aren't there any prices on your website?
A. Our store has private and exclusive collections. We are not allowed to share our prices unless you
schedule an appointment and visit in person.
Q. Do you have specials or discounts if I buy my wedding dress at your store?
A. Yes, we offer discounts to Our Brides. Typically, all accessories and bridesmaid dresses are
immediately discounted for Our Brides. You can also watch our Facebook Page for Special Offers.
Q. How long does it take to get a wedding gown?
A. Average shipping is 16 weeks. Leave time for any alterations needed.
Q. When should I order my wedding dress?
A. Begin shopping for your favorite style 12 months before the wedding date. Plan to purchase within 9-12
months of the wedding.
Q. How much do I have to put down?
A. We require 50% deposit when we begin the paperwork process and take your measurements. We
require payments every 30 days. Keeping in mind we will only place your special order once it has been
paid for in full and we want to leave plenty of time for any alterations, if needed. Also note, if a deposit has
not been made to lock in the price, you risk losing special pricing offered to you.
Q. Can we take pictures?
A. We do not allow cameras in the fitting rooms while you are shopping. Once you have purchased a
dress, you may take as many pictures as you’d like.
Q. What is a Trunk Show? (also known as Designer Days)
A. A trunk show (or Designer Days) is a special in-store event, lasting one to three days, where you can
view and buy from a designer’s latest collection months before they hit the stores. The designer and or
their representatives are usually at the store during a trunk show. If you find the dress of your dreams at a
trunk show, be prepared to make a decision that day, as the gown will not be in the store once the trunk
